How to Achieve Defined Bantu Knot Out on Natural Kinky Hair | DIY

Hey guys, how are you all doing? Hope everything is alright with you? If not, just trust God to help you through it and He will.
Today's post is about hair, yaaaay. It's been about 3 months since my last hair post and I miss it. So here's a super easy Bantu Knot out hairstyle you can do on your thick natural hair.
Wash Your Hair
You want to start this style on clean, fresh hair devoid of any product buildup whatsoever so your curls come out popping!!!
Remove Excess Water
After washing, use your towel to remove the excess water in your hair. You do not want your hair completely dry for this style as it makes the hair difficult to manipulate being that we are dealing with Kinky Hair (the Nigerian version).
Section Your Hair & Bantu
Cut out a sizeable amount of your hair, add a bit of leave-in-conditioner, followed by a pea sized amount of your preferred oil/cream and detangle that section with a wide-tooth comb. After that, cut out a small part of the section you just detangled, add a little amount of gel or curling cream them start to do a two-strand twist. After doing the twist, curl it around itself till it forms a knot. Repeat these process till youve gone round the entire head.
Leave Hair To Dry
Allow your hair to air dry but if you have the time , you can use a blow dryer.
Unravelling
Glaze your fingers with oil, then start to twist your knots in the opposite direction you twisted it and begin to separate your curls. One bantu knot should give you four strands of curls. Get it?
Style
Using a wide tooth comb and your finger, begin to pick and fluff your hair to your desired volume and you are good to go!
Night-Time Care
Just tuck your hair inside a wig cap, and tie your hair with a satin scarf or bonnet. when you wake up, spray your hair with water, apply a little amount of curl cream/moisturizer then pick with your comb. And you are good to go!
