#SMWLAGOS 2017 | What I Wore

Wadup fashion lovers. How's you *in Funke Akindele's voice*. I am having a fabulous week, all thanks to Social Media Week Lagos which started on the 27th of February and runs till the 3rd of March. That means if you're reading this today, you have one more day to attend.

Social Media Week Lagos is a week long program that touches on ideas, trends, insights and inspiration to help people and businesses understand how to optimize the power of social for productivity.

I attended full day on Tuesday and an evening class on Wednesday. The first Class I attended was the Travel and City Bloggers Meetup where I interacted with other bloggers (this is my first bloggers outing. Planning on going for more this year) . We shared experiences and all that.

My second class was Digital Technologies For Brand Marketing & Communications which was hosted by my office's subsidiary Company.

The third class I attended was titled PR and The Business Of Blogging. Very Inspiring class. Do you know that you are liable for wrongful retweets? You can actually be jailed for retweeting a false news. Surprised much yeah? I learnt that there.

The last class for Tuesday was on Making your brand speak for itself. Definitely going to be putting all of that into use here on the blog.

On wednesday, I attended a content creators' discussion which was such a real joy. So glad I could make it.

To my outfit, I was going for a casual, yet chic look. You know I gotta represent. Opted for this top which I thank God I picked up from Biodun of Curvy Affairs, paired it with this tight-fit grey skirt and sealed it with a pair of white sandals. The last thing I added was the slay factor!
